For rough skin texture and when you want an immediate tightening effect. It stimulates the layers close to the surface to improve skin texture and instant firmness.

FAQ
You may feel a pulling sensation immediately after the procedure. Noticeable changes are usually seen from 1 to 3 months, and the final results often become apparent after 3 to 6 months.
They differ in depth and method. Ultherapy is a HIFU treatment that delivers heat to a single point at a depth of 4.5 mm, while Thermage is an RF treatment that heats the entire dermis evenly and broadly at 3.0 mm. Obliv has both devices, so we choose according to the patient’s layer-specific concerns.
There is an immediate tightening effect right after the treatment, and noticeable improvement due to collagen regeneration begins to appear after 1–3 months. The maximum effect often appears 3–6 months after the procedure.
It varies by device. You may feel a warm or tingling sensation from the heat stimulation. CoolSonic has a built-in cooling system, so it is less painful than conventional HIFU.
It depends on the method. HIFU (Ultherapy·CoolSonic) lasts around 12–18 months, while RF (Thermage·Oligio X) lasts around 6–12 months. Results vary depending on individual skin conditions and lifestyle habits.
The condition of the layers is the key factor rather than age. It can be used from the point when loss of elasticity, sagging and changes in contour begin, and a preventative approach is also possible.
Rather, there is a synergy. Energy-based treatments remodel existing collagen, and collagen-stimulating injections create new collagen. When the two approaches are combined, the results last longer.
