LAYER 2 · Upper dermis
For rough skin texture, or when you want an immediate tightening effect. Stimulating the layers close to the surface improves texture and instant firmness.

FAQ
You may feel a pulling sensation immediately after the procedure. Noticeable change usually shows from 1–3 months, and the final result most often becomes clear at 3–6 months.
The depth and the method differ. Ultherapy is a HIFU treatment that places heat at a single point 4.5 mm deep; Thermage is an RF treatment that heats the whole dermis broadly and evenly at 3.0 mm. Obliv has both devices, and chooses according to the layer causing your concern.
There is an immediate tightening effect straight after treatment, and the real improvement from collagen regeneration starts to appear after 1–3 months. The full effect most often shows 3–6 months after the procedure.
It varies by device. You may feel warmth or a tingling from the heat stimulation. CoolSoniq has a built-in cooling system, so it is less uncomfortable than conventional HIFU.
It depends on the method. HIFU (Ultherapy · CoolSoniq) lasts around 12–18 months, and RF (Thermage · OLIGIO X) around 6–12 months. Results vary with individual skin condition and lifestyle.
The condition of the layers matters more than age. Treatment can begin from the point when elasticity loss, sagging or contour change first appears — and a preventative approach is also possible.
They are actually synergistic. Energy treatments remodel the collagen you have; collagen-stimulating injections build new collagen. Combined, the results last longer.
