01 · The spray is the medicine
No waiting for anaesthetic
The chilled cooling spray is itself the active ingredient. The moment it is applied, surface sensation settles — and from that moment, the topical treatment has already begun.

Obliv Clinic's signature scalp solution, Re:root Obliv Clinic's signature scalp solution, Re:root.
A scalp injection that is over before it has a chance to hurt.
Scalp injections hurt when they start before the numbing has settled, and when the solution stings on the way in. We re-formulated the solution itself to be gentler, the chilled spray is itself the active ingredient, and the needle only goes in while the scalp is still cold.
01 · The spray is the medicine
The chilled cooling spray is itself the active ingredient. The moment it is applied, surface sensation settles — and from that moment, the topical treatment has already begun.
02 · Formulation design
Injection discomfort comes down to the solution’s pH, concentration and density. The director tested it personally, refining the formulation to lower the sting on the way in.
03 · The cooling–injection relay
We focus the cooling on one palm-sized area, inject quickly only while sensation has settled, and finish before the cold wears off.
We never inject a fixed, off-the-shelf set. From our pool of ingredients — exosomes, PDRN, high-purity PN, copper peptides and growth factors — we calculate each session’s formulation around your scalp diagnosis, your history and even your daily routine.
The 360° scalp diagnosis sets that day’s formulation. When your scalp changes, the formulation changes with it.
Hard to come often? We plan higher-intensity sessions. Able to come regularly? We keep to the standard line — the plan forms around your routine.
If hair-loss medication is difficult for you, we reinforce the injection plan instead. There is a route that doesn’t depend on tablets.
With scalp injections, the rhythm of stimulation matters as much as the ingredients. If it hurts, it is hard to come often — and once the gaps stretch, the momentum breaks. A lighter burden keeps the schedule, and keeping the schedule gives your follicles more chances to respond.

Cooling one area properly at a time is how we protect the density of the effect, so each session focuses on the crown or the hairline in turn. Pain perception varies from person to person.
From diagnosing the cause to a plan for your type — the core Re:root programme.
You’ve changed your shampoo, even tried the salons people recommend? In most cases everyone has been chasing the falling hairs — and no one has checked why they fall in the first place.
STEP 01 · Start
The triple line of defence — acid mantle, stratum corneum and lipid barrier — breaks down.
STEP 02 · Progression
With the defences weakened, microbes multiply and chronic inflammation sets in.
STEP 03 · Advanced
Inflammation irritates the follicles, and hair grows gradually thinner.
STEP 04 · Result
Thinned hairs can no longer hold their place, and fall out.
That is why Re:root starts with the ‘barrier’ that collapsed first, not with the falling hair. If the cause stays unknown, even the best treatment is water poured into a bottomless jar.
Medication works deeper when it enters a scalp with a strong barrier. Re:root is designed as ‘sandwich care’, restoring the barrier before and after every treatment.
STEP 01 · BEFORE
Before the treatment, we replenish the scalp’s protective barrier, preparing it so the medicine reaches exactly the right spot.
STEP 02 · CORE
The treatment is carried out while the barrier is intact. Irritation is reduced; the effect reaches deeper.
STEP 03 · AFTER
We close the scalp opened by the treatment, blocking irritation and helping recovery.
Hair cycles through growth, regression and resting phases. Leave the cause untreated, and the growing season gets shorter and shorter — which is why treatment takes time.
Five cameras photograph your scalp through 360 degrees, and AI analyses the images. Three months later we photograph the same spot with the same equipment, then look at the two data sets side by side to see exactly what has changed.

AFS 3D · A weighing scale for your scalp
A diet begins when you step on the scales — your scalp, too, needs a proper look first.
Data recorded in the same conditions and the same position builds trust, and becomes the basis for planning what comes next.
Re:root’s diagnosis guide
These concerns can look alike on the surface, but the layer and mechanism behind each one differ from person to person. Before deciding on any treatment, we first identify which type you are today.
I washed my hair less than half a day ago, and it already feels oily.
I worry about scalp odour, and hesitate to sit close to people.
It’s been a long time since I could wear black clothes.
Every time I look at the shower drain, my heart sinks.
Even with the same scalp concern, everyone starts from a different place. Re:root begins with a diagnosis to see exactly where you stand, then designs around four distinct types.
GROW · Hair loss in progress
“Every time I look at the drain, my heart sinks.”
This is the stage where follicles are steadily thinning. We show you the state of your follicles in numbers — and starting before it is too late matters more than anything.
Re:root’s approach
One seamless flow: assess the follicles and the stage, combine prescriptions and growth-factor treatments to match, then keep track with repeat imaging.
CALM · Scalp conditions
“Oil, flakes, odour, itching — it’s all on my mind.”
The causes are clogged pores, inflammation and a broken barrier. This includes seborrhoeic dermatitis and folliculitis — bumps that keep returning in the same spot, or symptoms that settle with shampoo or ointment only to come back.
Re:root’s approach
We open the pores, calm the inflammation, then compare before and after on the spot.
GLOW · Preventive care
“I look after my face — but this is my first time caring for my scalp.”
You are doing fine today and want to stay ahead of change. Recording today’s scalp as a baseline means you will not miss the moment change begins.
Re:root’s approach
We record today’s scalp as the baseline, and compare side by side every six months.
Alopecia areata · Autoimmune
“One day there was a coin-sized empty patch.”
This is an autoimmune condition that needs a doctor’s direct treatment, not salon care. It is the moment the reason clinics exist becomes clearest.
Re:root’s approach
The director personally examines your condition and sets the treatment plan.
A salon tidies the scalp’s environment; a clinic treats the scalp’s cause. Tidying the environment matters too — so rather than choosing one, Re:root does both together.
Scalp care salon · 0.1mm
Massage, scaling, ampoules. Gentle and comfortable — but the reach stays at the surface.
Diagnosis by eye, with no records kept.
Re:root · 2.5mm
Prescription medication, injections and medical devices reach the dermis — going past the environment to address the cause itself.
It reaches 25 times deeper. And it keeps records — 360° diagnosis and electronic charts.
If your scalp has worried you for a long time,
chances are the cause has never been properly identified. Re:root starts with the diagnosis, confirming the cause before any treatment begins.
